Arnica Oil
Our organically crafted Arnica Oil is produced by low temperature maceration (solar-infusion) of bright yellow petals of Arnica Montana in organic Sunflower Oil for over 8 weeks to extract its lipid soluble components. Also called Leopard's Bane, Wolf's bane, Mountain Tobacco, and Mountain Arnica, the Arnica montana is native to the mountainous areas of Europe, Southern Russia, and parts of North America.
Topical application enhances blood circulation, reduces inflammation and relieves pain associated with sprains, arthritis, rheumatism and soft tissue injury. Studies have shown that the primary compounds responsible for Arnica's pronounced anti-inflammatory effect are sesquiterpene lactones, primarily Helenalin. Arnica oil is energising, powerful, a curative, resistant and protecting to the skin.
