Beeswax Absolute
Our organically crafted Beeswax Absolute, also colloquially referred to as Honey Absolute or Beeswax Essential Oil, is extracted from the honeycomb wax (Cera alba) of bees (Apis mellifera) in India. The absolute has a sumptuous, mild honey-sweet, floral aroma with a smooth green, hay-like body note, and a mild, waxy undertone.
Available worldwide, and used in many diverse applications, Beeswax is a natural wax produced by honey bees. Beeswax forms the honeycomb walls within a nest. Honey and pollen are stored in the honeycomb, a mass of hexagonal cells. Once beekeepers have harvested the honey, the honeycombs are available for extraction of beeswax. corners of synthetic materials must be rounded off. Beeswax has natural fixative property with a soft long lasting vanilla like undertone. It also makes an excellent choice as a rich and exotic fragrance in skin and hair care products.
In skincare, Beeswax Absolute is used to hydrate, condition, soothe, and calm the skin.
