The leaves of the Cinnamomum tamala ct linalool tree create an essential oil that has a cinnamony, warm, and spicy aroma. This oil is unique in that it is ct linalool and has very little of the hot, irritating cinnamaldehyde. In addition to its usefulness in managing unwanted fungal activity, the distiller has given us the following information about the uses of tamala in Nepal: Tamala essential oil benefits the nervous system and is used in the treatment of stress-related conditions such as a headache, insomnia, and nervous tension. Tamala also relieves hot and inflamed areas, such as occasional arthritis, painful joints, and muscular pains.
